Nineveh PC appoints new head for NIC
Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) Nineveh Provincial Council voted with its majority on appointing a new head for Nineveh Investment Commission on Wednesday.
The member of Nineveh PC, Abdul Rahim al-Shimmari, stated to IraqiNews.com “Nineveh PC appointed, Arkan al-Ghalaf, as the new head of the NIC.”
