$2.5 million for 100 classrooms in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: 100 classrooms with all their accessories were finalized in Basra , at a total cost of around $2.5 million, the spokesperson for the committee to support Basra ‘s rebuilding and services said on Saturday. “The classrooms were built in schools in the province’s center and border-regions,” Rasheed al-Fahad told IraqiNews.com. “This comes as part of a plot to construct 241 classrooms,” he said. “The remaining classrooms will be completed within the coming two months,” he added.
