Kuwaiti newspaper: Emir’s visit parallels Summit

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) An article entitled “A visit parallels Summit” by the Kuwaiti al-Qabas newspaper cited on Friday that the Iraqi officials consider the presence of the Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh, Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jabber al-Sabah, in Baghdad Summit as “A Summit itself that parallels the Arab Summit.”
