MP criticizes accusing SLC of delaying holding national meeting

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Abdul al-Salam al-Maliki, of the State of Law Coalition criticized “The accusations against the SLC over not attending the upcoming national meeting unless it will be held after the Arab Summit.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The Iraqi National Alliance and the SLC announced their stances concerning the national meeting,” noting that “The Iraqiya Slate and the Kurdistani Alliance in addition to the INA will present proposals concerning the legislative, executive and the judicial authorities.”

“The INA stressed holding the national meeting a week after the Summit to settle the pending issues among the blocs,” he added.

Earlier, MPs from the IS accused the SLC of being not interested in holding the national meeting before the Summit.
