Talabani’s announcements polite calls for al-Hashimi to surrender

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Ali al-Shallah of the State of law Coalition considered the recent announcements of President Jalal Talabani as a “Polite request directed to the Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi to surrender himself and end the embarrassing situation which he put Kurdistan Region in.”

Shallah stated to (IraqiNews.com) on Wednesday that “Tariq al-Hashimi’s presence in Kurdistan Region embarrassed the region and became part of a problem it had nothing to do with it,” asserting that “Al-Hashimi must understand these statements and hints as a polite request from Talabani to give himself up to justice to solve the crisis.”

“Both President of the Republic and the presidency of the region announced their opinion about the issue of al-Hashimi to resolve the issue in court away from the political escalation,” according to MP Shalah, who noted that “The Presidency of the Parliament did not declare its opinion yet.”
