7 Persons injured in Diyala

Diyala, Baquba (IraqiNews.com) Seven members of one family were injured due to a car bomb explosion in Diyala province.

Security source mentioned to IraqiNews.com on Tuesday that ”The car bomb exploded near the house of Ali Aseff, who works as contractor, in Mualemen neighborhood of central Baquba the capital of Diyala province,” noting that “The explosion resulted in injuring seven members of the contractor’s family and caused material damages to the house.”

The source added that ”The teams of the civil defense department and police forces managed to rescue the injured people from the under the debris and transported them to the hospital for treatment.”

The source continued saying that ”The contractor was not among the injured people because he was not on his house at the explosion time.” \
