DIALA / IraqiNews.com: A civilian man was killed while eight suspected of involvement in his murder were arrested in central al-Khalis district on Sunday, police said. “A civilian was killed in an armed attack in al-Khalis, (15 km) north of Baaquba, where later on the police arrested eight suspected culprits,” a security source in Diala province told IraqiNews.com. “The detainees are believed to be members of al-Qaeda network,” he added.
