Director of Sunni Endowment assassinated in Mosul

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) The Director of the Sunni Endowment in Baaj district was assassinated in northern Mosul.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com on Sunday “Unidentified gunmen opened fire targeting the Director of the Sunni Endowment killing him immediately in Jameah neighborhood of northern Mosul the capital of Nineveh province.”

The source added “The gunmen managed to flee after the attack while the police transported the dead body of the victim to the morgue and launched an investigation over the incident.” \
