Gunman injured in Mosul

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) A gunman was injured when a hand grenade exploded while he was trying to detonate tower for a tele-communication mobile phone company of western Mosul.

Security source mentioned to IraqiNews.com “The gunman was trying to detonate a tower of Asia-Cell mobile phone company in Mesherfa area of western Mosul the capital of Nineveh province.”

The source added “The gunman was attempting to detonate the tower but the hand grenade exploded before he managed to throw it,” noting that “The police transported the gunman to the hospital and kept him under custody.” \
