Landmine explodes in Babel

Babel, Hilla (IraqiNews.com) An old man, about 60 years old, was injured due to a landmine explosion in Iskandariya district (50 KM) to the north of Babel province, security source reported to IraqiNews.com.

Medical source from Babel Health Department stated to the reporter of IraqiNews.com that “The old man was injured when a landmine exploded while he was working at his farm,” noting that “The injuries of the victim are so dangerous and he was transported to the hospital for treatment.” \
