Urgent – 2nd explosion in Anbar

Anbar, Ramadi (IraqiNews.com) Six police elements were killed and injured due to a car bomb explosion in southeastern of Anbar province.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com on Sunday “The car bomb, which was parked on a road side, exploded, targeting police patrol,” noting that “The explosion resulted in killing an officer and injuring five police elements in Fallujah district of south eastern Anbar.”

The source added “Police patrols cordoned the explosion scene and transported the dead body to the morgue and the injured policemen to the hospital for treatment.”

Earlier, a car bomb explosion took place in Ramadi city on, today, Sunday morning targeting police patrol, killing an officer and wounding two elements of the patrol.
