Diyala (IraqiNews.com) A civilian who works as a mayor has been killed with his entire family members due to detonating his house in central Diyala.
Security source said to Iraqi News IraqiNews.com, today, Thursday “Yunis Yousif who works as a mayor, at Mafraq neighborhood of central Baquba, has been killed with his family which consists of five members, when unidentified gunmen emplaced bombs around his house and detonated the house in Mafrag neighborhood of central Diyala province on Thursday morning.”
The source added “The explosion caused material damage to the house,” noting that “Police patrols rushed to the explosion scene to transport the dead bodies of the victims to the morgue and launched investigation about this incident.”
