URGENT / Blast in Sulaimaniya, victims reported

SULAIMANIYA / IraqiNews.com: A blast rocked the Kurdish city of al-Sulaimaniya on Monday in the area between the headquarters of Iraqi President Jalal Talabani’s Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) and the Faculty of Fine Arts in the central part of the city, local sources said. “A number of wounded people were seen at the site and rushed to nearby hospitals,” the sources told IraqiNews.com.
