“Police patrol arrested, Ali Hussein Alwan al-Janabi, in Jurf-il-Sakhar district in Babel province,” Security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) on Thursday.

The source added “A judicial arrest warrant was issued against the detainee according to the article (4) of Anti- Terrorism law.”
