Aftan inspects Quds power station

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Minister of Electricity Karim Aftan al-Jumaili inspected the gas Quds power station and the project of the new station. A statement by the Ministry mentioned “The Minister inspected the progress of the work in the station and recommended to overcome the obstacles facing the implementation of the project.” The statement quoted the Ministry’s Spokesperson Musab al-Mudaris as saying “The Minister visited the project of Quds new station and met at the site of the project with the Director of the project and held an expanded meeting with the Iraqi staff and the cadres of the Hyundai Company, (the South Korean implementing company of the project) where he discussed the impediments that hinder the workflow of the implementation and means of confronting them.”
