MoF not to move Industry Ministry employees to Electricity Ministry

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Electricity announced that the Ministry of finance halted measures of moving 7450 engineers and technicians from the Ministry of Industry and Minerals to the MoE which has been decided before to meet the shortfall in its staff working in the completed projects as well as the projects under development due to lack of allocating jobs for the MoE within 2012 budget. The Spokesperson of the MoE, Musab al-Mudaris pointed out that “The Ministry of Finance has informed the MoE about difficulty of moving the employees’ jobs from a ministry to another as it contradicts with provisions of (Article No. 21) of the Federal Budget (No. 22) for 2012.”
