Shihristani calls Singaporean Companies to join Iraqi market

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Deputy Premier, Hussien al-Shihristani, called “The Singaporean companies to join the Iraqi Market,” expressing “The Iraqi Government’s readiness to facilitate their performance and the process of granting the Visas.”

A statement by Shihristani’s office received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) cited “Shihristani discussed the means of developing bilateral relations with the Singaporean Prime Minister and the Minister of Trade and Industry in addition to the Minister of the religious affairs as well as the representatives of the major companies.”

“Shihristani delivered a lecture in the Singaporean Trade Chamber calling the companies and the investors to participate in rebuilding Iraq,” the statement added.

“After improving the security situation, Iraq is about to implement a huge developing plan in the energy, transportation and the Petro-chemical industries,” the statement concluded.
