Shihristani receives delegation of Indonesian companies

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Deputy Premier for Energy Affairs, Hussien al-Shihristani, discussed with a delegation of Indonesian companies the desire of the Iraqi Government to involve the Indonesian companies in the process of rebuilding Iraq.

A statement by Shihristani’s office received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) cited “Shihristani received the delegation which represents the major Indonesian companies in the oil, electricity and housing fields at his office in Baghdad on Monday noon with the attendance of the Indonesian Ambassador to Iraq.”

“Shihristani confirmed the Iraqi government adherence to developing bilateral relations between the two countries in all fields as he discussed his upcoming visit to Indonesia,” the statement added.

“For their parts, the members of the delegation expressed their desire to join the Iraqi Market to participate in rebuilding Iraq,” the statement concluded.
