Diawniya Traffic Department issues 25,000 driving licenses

Diwaniya (IraqiNews.com) The Director of Diwaniya General Traffic Directorate, Brigadier General Abdul Amir al-Rikabi, announced issuing 25,000 driving licenses where the women share reached 600 licenses from them. Rikabi added “The Directorate started punishing the unauthorized drivers by imposing financial fines.” He declared that “The GTD will erect the first traffic lights that operates by solar energy in Huriya crossroads in central Diwaniya during the few coming days.”
