MoHC denies suspending Housing Fund’s loans

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Housing and Construction denied the media reports of some media sources which talked about suspending the loans of the Housing Fund, noting that the ministry is continuing to grant loans for all citizens according to the conditions stated on the websites of each MoHC and Housing Fund. A statement by MoHC cited “These reports are groundless,” stressing that “The Housing Fund headquarter witnesses daily receiving of many requests by citizens who ask for loans of IQD (35) million in Baghdad and (30) million in the rest of provinces.”
