No sponsorship, residency conditions to enter Arbil, Duhuk

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: New regulations have been approved concerning Iraqis who aim at entering Arbil and Duhuk coming from other provinces, Duhuk governor said on Saturday. “Sponsorship and residency conditions were cancelled,” Nozad Hadi told IraqiNews.com. “The new regulations require additionally filling in an information form,” he said. “This measure has been taken to prevent terrorists from entering Arbil and Duhuk provinces,” he added.
