Curfew continues in Talafar
NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Security commanders in Talafar held a meeting to discuss the security situation in the suburb, and decided to extend the curfew on vehicles’ motion until further announcement, a source from the Iraqi army said on Wednesday. “The meeting was attended by security commanders of the Iraqi army and police,” the source told IraqiNews.com. “The curfew is due to intelligence tips that there are two booby-trapped cars in the suburb, 60 km west of Mosul” he said. Mosul, the capital city of Ninewa province, lies 405 km north of Baghdad. MH (P)/SR 1
