Saad criticizes non-seriousness in addressing electricity crisis

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Member of the Parliamentary Oil and Energy Committee MP Suzan Saad said that “There are no serious steps towards integrating both Ministries of Oil and Electricity into one ministry for Energy although the Committee has submitted this request to the Parliament to solve the Electricity crisis in the country.”

Saad pointed out that “The electricity crisis experienced by the country currently ranks as one of the most complex crises that dramatically affected the pattern of the daily life of the Iraqi people since the crisis lasted very long before the fall of the former regime till now without finding effective solutions for it by the officials.”
