2 Gunmen killed in Baquba

Diyala, Baquba (IraqiNews.com) Security forces managed to kill two gunmen while they were attacking an Iraqi Army checkpoint in Baquba the capital of Diyala province.

Security source stated to the correspondent of IraqiNews.com that “The Iraqi Army force killed two gunmen while the third managed to flee to unknown destination.”

The source added “The gunmen were intending to attack and kill the elements of the checkpoint, but, the soldiers were ready for them and defeated them.” \
