Saad stresses necessity of allocating special budget to Intelligence Department

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Suzan al-Saad, of the Fadhila bloc stressed the necessity of increasing the efforts to allocate a special budget to the Intelligence Department.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, she said “One of the reasons behind the security deterioration in the weak intelligence efforts which is responsible for providing the information over the terrorist plots before being implemented.”

“Funding the Intelligence Department by the Ministry of Interior only is to weaken this department that needs huge funds to perform its duties,” she added.

She called “The concerned sides to allocate funds for this vital department to ensure the precautionary attacks against the terrorists who targets the citizens.”
