Farmers of Kurdish disputed areas granted loans from Agriculture Bank

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The Government of Kurdistan Region decided to grant loans from the Agricultural Bank for the farmers of the disputed areas.

The Media Office of the Kurdistan Patriotic Union declared in statement to IraqiNews.com on Friday ”This resolution aims at helping farmers of the disputed areas.”

The statement added that ”In special ceremony in Sulaimaniya city , the General Directorate of Agriculture Department distributed 104 device to spray water among the farmers.”

The statement quoted the Deputy Director General of Sulaimaniya Agriculture Department as saying that ”The farmers of the disputed areas in Kurdistan region can start preparing their papers to get the loan from the Agriculture Bank just like other farmers on Kurdistan Region.”
