IED goes off in Mosul [August-12-2012]

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) Four people were killed and injured when an Improvised Explosive Device exploded in Isalheya village within Hamam-il-Alel area of southern Mosul, the capital of Nineveh province.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com on Sunday that ”The IED exploded targeting the vehicle of the victims, which they were traveling with during their vacation,” noting that “One soldier was killed and two other were wounded while the civilian driver was wounded too.”

The source added “The police forces transported the dead body of the soldier to the morgue and the wounded people to the hospital for treatment.” \
