Babel province included with petrodollar allocations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Member of Oil and Energy Parliamentary Committee, Suzan al-Saad, declared covering Babel province with allocations of petrodollar starting from this August.

Saad mentioned in a statement received by IraqiNews.com that ”We have previously demanded the presidency of Cabinet and the Ministry of Oil to include Mussayab refinery station run by the Ministry of Electricity with the allocations of petrodollars, since it supplies Middle Euphrates provinces and the Ministry of Oil with production capacity that reaches (40,000) barrel per day.”

She added that ”These allocations will contribute in developing the general situation in the province and enable it to implement several services important projects,” stressing that ”Babel province suffers from lack of economic resources which could promote the economic situation in the province.”
