Diyala IJS slams withdrawing security from JS’s headquarter

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) The Chief of the Journalists Syndicate’s Branch in Diyala province, Sajid al-Mahdawi, held the security authorities responsible for protecting the headquarter of the Syndicate in the province.

Mahdawi stated to IraqiNews.com “Police Directorate of Protecting Facilities in Diyala withdrew the security patrol, which was providing security for the Syndicate, from the building of the Syndicate in the province, which is located in the old building of Al-Sarai of central Baquba.”

Mahdawi considered this procedure as “a step to put the journalists under the mercy of the terrorists.”
