ID45b appropriated for 135 projects in Wassit

WASSIT / IraqiNews.com: The Wassit provincial council on Thursday endorsed 135 projects at a total cost of 45.325 billion Iraqi dinars (ID), according to the council’s information director. “The appropriation is part of the Provincial Development Budget (PDB) projects for the year 2008,” Thamir Abdelsaheb told IraqiNews.com. “Thirty-one projects were assigned to the roads department, 26 for municipalities, 20 for electricity, 20 for education, 20 for sanitary sewage, eight for water, three for technical education, three for health and one project for each of the passports, police and local administration departments,” Abdelsaheb said.
