Kurdish electricity ministry signs MoU with UNDP

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: The electricity ministry of Kurdistan region on Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to supervise three projects with more than $6 million, the media director of the electricity ministry said. “The Kurdish electricity minister signed a memorandum of understanding with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) at a total cost of $6.450 million,” Shimal Nouri told IraqiNews.com. “The UNDP will supervise three projects in Arbil, Sulaimaniya and Duhuk,” he added. “The MoU will contribute in providing technical assistance from the UNDP to the electricity ministry,” he noted.
