ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: The p residency of Iraq’s Kurdistan regional cabinet on Thursday hoped that the Iraqi-U.S. security pact, passed earlier by the parliament, would contribute to constructing the state’s institutions and the “federal order.” “We believe the pact is in Iraq’s interest,” Foad Hussein, head of Kurdistan’s presidency office, told IraqiNews.com. “The region and the president of the region have been supporting this pact since a long time,” he said. “Federal order in Iraq is the only confirmed guarantee for all sides,” he added.
