Workshop in Arbil to develop agriculture

ARBIL / IraqiNews.com: The Center for Information and Strategic Studies has organized a workshop on the private agricultural sector in the Iraqi Kurdistan region. The workshop was attended by farmers and representatives of agricultural unions and regional ministries concerned with the sector, in addition to experts in the field. “The workshop aims to discuss a number of problems that face agriculture,” Ahlam Ibrahim, who works in the center’s, told IraqiNews.com. “A list of recommendations will be presented during the workshop, and will be submitted to the cabinet to develop the agricultural sector in the region,” she added.
