IED goes off in Fallujah

Anbar, Ramadi (IraqiNews.com) Five citizens were injured when an Improvised Explosive Device exploded in eastern Ramadi.

Security source mentioned to IraqiNews.com on Tuesday that ”The IED, which was emplaced on a roadside, exploded, in Fallujah district of eastern Ramadi of central Anbar province, targeting a police Captain,” noting that “The explosion resulted in injuring five citizens among them a child.”

The source added “The police Captain survived the explosion without injuries and the police transported the injured people to the hospital for treatment.” \
