Elite conference launches in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: A conference on elite and competence-based management on Saturday opened in the Iraqi capital with the participation of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. “Federalism and decentralization do not mean the division of the country…,” the head of the Iraqi Elite and Efficiencies Conference (IEEC), Sheikh Hammam Hammoudi, said in his speech before the conference. “Pluralism provides equal opportunities to all citizens,” Hammoudi noted.
