UNAMI’s delegation visits Religious Authorities in Najaf

Najaf (IraqiNews.com) A delegation from the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) has visited Najaf province on Wednesday.

The reporter of Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) stated on Wednesday “A delegation from UNAMI’s office in Baghdad, comprising a number of the assistants of the head of UNAMI, Martin Kobler, has visited Najaf province and met the Religious Authorities, Ayatollah Mohammed Saeed al-Hakim, Sheikh Is’haq al-Fayadh and Sheikh Bashir al-Najafi to discuss the political situation in Iraq and the region.”

The delegation will hold a press conference after visiting the holy shrine of Imam Ali Bin Abi Talib to show the details of their meetings with the Religious Authorities.
