Damlouji describes Infrastructure Law as Corruption project

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqiya Slate described the Infrastructure Law as “A project for corruption from its beginning till its end.”

The spokesperson of the IS, Maysoun al-Damlouji, stated to IraqiNews.com “This project is supposed to be implemented when we have a deficient budget but currently we have a huge financial budget in Iraq.”

“If the budget is not enough for implementing such project, we must head towards getting loans rather than adopting the delayed payment style,” she concluded.

The parliament announced hosting Maliki on next Saturday to discuss the Infrastructure Law project.
