9 persons killed, injured due to traffic accidents in Sulaimaniya

Sulaimaniya (IraqiNews.com) Nine persons were victims to traffic accidents during the past 24 hours in Kalar city of Sulaimaniya province.

The Media Director of the Sulaimaniya Traffic Department Karmeyan Karzan Majed reported in a press statement that ”A citizen was killed while eight others were injured due to two traffic accidents during the past 24 hours.”

The statement added that ”A vehicle, Kia Serato type, flipped on the main road near Beezar area,” noting that “The accident resulted in killing an old woman and injuring four persons, among them two children.”

The statement pointed out that ”Another vehicle, Hyundai type, flipped over in Kokas neighborhood within Kafry district and resulted in injuring four persons.”
