Iraqi, Italian ministers discuss economic relations

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraq’s Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari on Friday conferred with Italy’s minister of state for foreign trade the mutual economic and trade relations between the two countries and horizons of mutual cooperation, according to an Iraqi foreign ministry release. “Zebari received the Italian official, who is currently on a visit to the Iraqi capital to participate in the Baghdad International Fair (BIF),” read the release that was received by IraqiNews.com . “The Iraqi government is keen to activate relations with Italy that has been supporting the political process in Iraq,” the release quoted Zebari as saying.
