Sahwa element killed in Samara

Salah-il-Din, Tikrit (IraqiNews.com) A Sahwa element was killed due to an armed attack in southern Samara city.

Security source mentioned to the reporter of IraqiNews.com that ”Unidentified gunmen opened fire targeting a checkpoint of to Sahwa forces in Muatsem neighborhood of southern Samara city,” noting that “The armed attack resulted in killing Sahwa element.”

The source added “The gunmen managed to flee after the attack while the security forces cordoned the explosion area.”
