Amal National Party announces its full support for Maliki’s initiative concerning Syria

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Amal National Party announced “Its full support for the initiative of the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, which he presented during the Summit of the Non Aligned Movement over the Syrian crisis.”

A press statement by the Party received by IraqiNews.com cited “There are practical and systematic steps that the General Secretariat will follow to support the governmental efforts to stop the blood shed in Syria.”

“The party calls all the political blocs to support this initiative to stop the Syrian People’s suffering due to the military activities,” the statement concluded.
