New investment unit established in Anbar University

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) The University of Anbar got the approval of the Ministry of Higher Education to establish a unit of investment within its governmental contracts Office.

A statement by the Ministry of Higher Education, received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) today, stated that “The unit will follow up the issues related to investments in the University, including studying investment opportunities and coordination with the investment committee in the province.”

It added that “The unit will provide legal and technical advice for the management of investment opportunities and obtaining approvals to start implementing these investments.”

The statement mentioned that “Creating this unit comes from the need of the university to organize investment operations necessary for the University in order to get the best results.”
