110 lawmakers want to summon al-Maliki – Sadirst MP

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Lawmaker Fawzi Akram Tarzi of the Sadr parliamentary bloc said that the bloc collected signatures from around 110 legislatures of different entities, demanding that Premier Nouri al-Maliki and a number of his cabinet’s ministers be summoned by the Parliament regarding the Iraqi-U.S. security pact. “The ministers that lawmakers want to summon in this regard are those of finance, defense, interior, and foreign affairs,” Tarzi told IraqiNews.com.
