Source: Nineveh Debaathified judges continue work

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) A judicial source from Nineveh province assured that “The Nineveh judges who are included by the Debaathification procedures continue their duties.”

The source reported to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) Saturday “The judges who were included by the procedures of Debaathification continue doing their duties currently because the Presidency of Nineveh Courts has not received any address about them.”

The source clarified that “Five among the included judges are senior Baath members while 26 others were regular members of the dissolved and tabooed Baath party.”

The source noted that “The judges have appealed at the Appellate Court when they knew that they were included by the Debaathification procedures.”
