Gunman arrested in Mosul

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) A security force arrested a gunman in western Mosul.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com on Saturday that ”A police force arrested the gunman and confiscated a local made Improvised Explosive Device in his possession which seems that he was planning to emplace it on a road in 30th Tamuz area of western Mosul.”

The source added “The detainee was referred to investigation and the IED was dismantled without any human casualties or material damage.”
