Investigating Maliki still valid, says Misari

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ahmed al-Misari, of the Iraqiya Slate announced that “The issue of investigating the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, will not be closed,” noting that “It will be implemented after the end of the time limit specified by the IS.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “This investigation process is still valid.”

“The IS specified three months as a time limit and when this period ends, the Slate will start the investigation process,” he added.

“We have prepared files ready for this process,” he concluded.

Iraq witnesses political crisis lasted for several months due to the disputes among the political sides related to the partnership and other issues which led some blocs to call for withdrawing confidence from the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, after holding meetings in Najaf and Erbil provinces.
