New taxation dept. branches in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The General Taxation Department on Saturday inaugurated a new building for its branches in Baghdad’s al-Rasafa and al-Nahda areas at a total cost of nearly $1.7 million. “This is part of a plan developed by the department in light of instructions from by the minister of finance to erect modern buildings for all of the department’s branches,” according to a statement released by the Iraqi Ministry of Finance and received by IraqiNews.com.
