Suicide bomber arrested in Nineveh

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) The security forces in Nineveh province managed to arrest a terrorist who was recruited to be a suicide bomber.

The official Spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense, Dhiya al-Wakeel, mentioned in statement received by IraqiNews.com that ”A joint cooperation between the security forces and the intelligence efforts resulted in arresting the terrorist, Hisham Siba’ Shaker who was supposed to implement a suicide terrorist operation,” noting that “The detainee is the brother of the dead terrorist, Haitham Siba’ who was responsible for detonating the holy shrine of Samara.”

He added that ”The security forces also seized two munitions caches which contained various weapons, explosives, launchers and missile bases,” noting that “The force also discovered two corpses.”
