2 Civilians injured in Ramadi

Anbar, Ramadi (IraqiNews.com) Two civilians were injured when an Improvised Explosive Device exploded in central Ramadi.

A security source stated to IraqiNews.com on Saturday that ”The IED, which was emplaced inside a police vehicle, exploded in Mustodaa Street of central Ramadi city the center of Anbar province,” noting that “The explosion resulted in injuring two civilians who were accidentally near the explosion location.”

The source added “The explosion did not harm any police elements since they were not at the police vehicle at the explosion time. The police transported the injured civilians to a hospital for treatment.”
