Saadi: Forgers of important posts not to be included in General Amnesty law draft

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Kamal al-Saadi, the member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee assured that the key officials who were approved as forgers are not included in the General Amnesty law drafts.

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “There are many officials who are accused of being forgers in the Iraqi prisons where their cases are not settled yet,” noting that “The beneficiaries of the forgery in the important posts will not be included in the General Amnesty law draft, but those who forged the Primary and Intermediate graduation certificates will be included because they are not threatening the government.”

“The forgery operations in Iraq is less in the current time due to fighting corruption procedures conducted by the ministries,” he pointed out, assuring that “Not all the files submitted to the Committee are considered of forgery type where we do not want to expedite settling them because some of them might be incorrect or done by purposes.”
